Refund and Return Policy

3Kitties

1. No Cash Refunds — Store Credit or Exchanges Only

All sales are final. Under no circumstances shall 3Kitties issue cash refunds, card refunds, charge reversals, or refunds to the original method of payment.

Where expressly authorized by 3Kitties, and solely at its discretion, any approved refund shall be issued exclusively in the form of store credit or, where applicable, as an exchange, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein. Customers hereby acknowledge that they are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy, condition, and suitability of all purchases prior to final confirmation.


2. Damage During Shipping

3Kitties shall not be held liable for any damage incurred during shipping or transportation. Any claims arising from shipping-related damage must be submitted directly to the courier or delivery service. Title and risk of loss shall transfer to the carrier upon dispatch of the shipment.


3. Shipping Delays or Loss

In the event of shipping delays, interruptions, or product loss, customers shall contact the courier service directly using the tracking information provided. 3Kitties expressly disclaims all liability for delays, losses, or failures attributable to third-party carriers.


4. Timeframe for Exchanges

Exchange requests shall be submitted within seven (7) calendar days from the purchase date indicated on the original receipt and only for products that have not exited the store premises.

Once a product has left the store premises, such product shall be irrevocably deemed accepted in full and final condition, and shall no longer qualify for exchange, return, or store credit.

This restriction is strictly enforced due to the nature of collectible and trading card game (TCG) products, which are particularly susceptible to tampering, resealing, substitution, or other forms of alteration once removed from controlled retail conditions. For the protection of product integrity and all customers, 3Kitties shall not accept exchanges for any product that has left the store, without exception.


5. Product Condition for Exchanges

Only products that are new, unused, unaltered, and returned with original packaging and factory seals fully intact shall be eligible for exchange. Any product that has been opened, damaged, resealed, modified, or otherwise altered shall be strictly excluded from exchange eligibility.


6. Proof of Purchase

All exchange requests must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt. Failure to present valid proof of purchase shall result in automatic denial of the exchange request. No exceptions shall apply.


7. Location for Exchanges

All approved exchanges must be completed in person at the following physical location:

8. Exchange Value

Exchanges shall be permitted only for products of equal or greater value than the original purchase. Any price difference shall be paid by the customer at the time of exchange. No partial credits or monetary reimbursements shall be issued.

Pre-Order and Pre-Sale Policy

10. Definitions

Pre-Order

Products announced but not yet confirmed for local availability. Pre-Orders constitute non-binding reservations only and require no payment until availability is formally verified by 3Kitties.

Pre-Sale

Products that have been confirmed, allocated, and secured for 3Kitties, but which have not yet physically arrived at the store. Pre-Sale products require full payment or enrollment in an approved Layaway plan at the time of purchase.


11. Pre-Orders

  • Pre-Orders shall be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Upon confirmation of availability, customers shall be notified and granted twenty-four (24) hours to complete payment.
  • Failure to complete payment within the specified timeframe shall result in automatic cancellation, and the reserved product shall be reallocated.
  • No deposits or charges shall be required prior to confirmation.
  • Prices remain subject to change due to supplier adjustments, import costs, or market conditions. Customers shall be notified prior to payment processing.

12. Pre-Sales

  • Pre-Sale items shall be treated as standard purchases and include estimated arrival dates only, which are expressly non-guaranteed.
  • Quantities are secured with the distributor.
  • Full payment or an active Layaway plan is mandatory to reserve a Pre-Sale item.
  • Layaway availability for Pre-Sale products shall be determined solely at the discretion of 3Kitties.
  • In the event a Pre-Sale product is delayed by more than fourteen (14) calendar days, customers shall be notified and may elect to continue waiting or request a refund issued exclusively as store credit.

13. Prices and Availability

Prices are subject to change prior to product arrival due to supplier adjustments, market fluctuations, or import-related costs.

  • If the final price is lower, the difference shall be issued as store credit.
  • If the final price increases by more than fifteen percent (15%), customers may elect to pay the difference or cancel the order and receive store credit for the amount paid.

14. Delivery Dates

All stated delivery and arrival dates are estimates only and shall not constitute guarantees.

Delays exceeding fourteen (14) days shall be communicated. Customers may elect to continue waiting or cancel the order in exchange for store credit only.


15. Layaway Policy

General Layaway Terms

  • A minimum deposit of thirty percent (30%) is required.
  • The remaining balance must be paid in full within thirty (30) calendar days.
  • Items may be exchanged within seven (7) days of initiating Layaway, subject to all exchange conditions herein.
  • Failure to complete payment within the specified timeframe shall result in automatic cancellation without refund, and all amounts paid shall be forfeited.
  • At the sole discretion of 3Kitties, forfeited amounts may be honored as store credit at the current price, provided the item remains available.

Layaway for Pre-Sale Items

  • The Layaway period shall commence on the date of the first payment.
  • Full payment must be completed within thirty (30) calendar days, regardless of product arrival.
  • If the estimated arrival exceeds thirty (30) days, payment must be completed no later than seven (7) days after in-store availability.
  • Failure to comply shall result in forfeiture of all payments and return of the product to inventory.

16. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Pre-Orders may be canceled prior to payment confirmation.
  • Pre-Sales and Layaways shall be governed strictly by the terms herein.
  • Any approved refund shall be issued exclusively as store credit. No monetary refunds shall be issued under any circumstances.

17. Acceptance of Terms

By placing a Pre-Order, Pre-Sale, or Layaway with 3Kitties, customers hereby acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by all terms and conditions set forth herein, including but not limited to potential variations in availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
