Description

The Blind Business card game is a quick and entertaining strategy card game where players compete to assemble the best team to break open Ricky, the giant piñata that towers over the town festival. Designed for short and dynamic play sessions, the game combines bluffing, negotiation, and clever decision-making in a compact format that is easy to carry anywhere.

In the game’s festive setting, the mayor has announced a competition to bring down Ricky, the ten-foot-tall donkey-shaped piñata that symbolizes the town. Since no one can defeat Ricky alone, players must recruit the best teammates from the city’s districts and form the strongest team possible.

Strategic Card Trading and Bluffing

At the heart of the Blind Business card game is a clever trading system. The deck contains 50 cards, numbered from 1 to 11 across four different colors, plus six Joker cards.

At the start of the game, each player receives four cards. After looking at them, the cards are shuffled and placed face up in front of the player, but their positions are unknown to the owner. This creates a unique situation where other players can see your cards, but you cannot remember their exact positions.

During each turn, the active player requests a card from an opponent. The opponent can either accept or refuse the request, leading to different outcomes that may benefit one player or the other.

This negotiation system encourages players to bluff, read their opponents, and carefully decide when to accept or reject offers.

Build the Best Team from the City Districts

Cards are organized into columns based on their color, each representing a different district of the town. These districts include the playground, the boardwalk, the central station, and downtown.

At the end of the game, players score points based on the combinations and majorities of cards collected from each district.

Players must balance collecting high-value combinations while also paying attention to what their rivals are building.

Alternate Victory Condition

In addition to scoring points through combinations, there is another way to win the Blind Business card game. If a player manages to collect five consecutive numbered cards of the same color, they can instantly secure victory.

Because of this possibility, players must constantly watch their opponents’ card columns and anticipate their strategies.
