In Deep Dreams, players take the role of Dream Guardians whose mission is to guide little Bruno safely through the night. Your goal is simple: help Bruno enjoy peaceful dreams while making sure he does not wake up before morning. To succeed, players must build colorful dream combinations and maintain a continuous path of sleep across their cards.
Build Sweet Dream Combinations
Throughout the game, players place Dream cards in front of them to create groups of matching colors. These groups represent Bruno’s dreams and become a key source of points. Therefore, the larger the group of the same color, the more valuable it becomes when scoring at the end of the game.
At the same time, players must pay attention to how cards connect to each other. Because Bruno must stay asleep, you need to create an uninterrupted Sleep Path across your cards. If the path breaks, Bruno may wake up too soon and your strategy could fall apart.
Connect Arrows for Extra Points
Additionally, some cards contain special black arrows. When these arrows connect properly between cards, players earn extra points. As a result, clever placement and planning can dramatically increase your final score.
The game ends when a player completes a row of ten cards. Then, everyone counts their points based on dream groups, connected arrows, and the quality of their sleep path. The player with the highest score wins the game.

Because the rules are simple and the playtime is short, Deep Dreams is easy to learn and quick to enjoy. Each session lasts about 10 to 15 minutes, making it ideal for quick game nights, family gatherings, or travel play. The game supports 2 to 6 players and is recommended for ages 8 and up.
