In Rudolph, players compete to assemble the best sleigh for Santa Claus before Christmas Eve arrives. Each player carefully selects reindeer cards, trying to create the strongest and most efficient team. However, choosing the right reindeer requires quick thinking and clever strategy. Since all players act at the same time, every decision matters.
Fast and Interactive Gameplay
The game unfolds across ten rapid rounds. At the start of each round, every player secretly places one card face down in the center of the table. Then, once the cards are revealed, players must quickly choose one card to add to their sleigh. Because this selection happens simultaneously, the game stays energetic and engaging from beginning to end.
After selecting a card, players place it into their sleigh while considering the synergy between different reindeer types and their positions. Meanwhile, one card remains unchosen in the center and carries over to the next round. Therefore, each round adds new tactical possibilities.
Score with Reindeer Majorities
Once ten rounds are complete, the Rudolph card is placed at the front of each sleigh and the scoring phase begins. Players compare the size of their reindeer groups, and the player with the largest group of a specific type earns the matching majority card. These cards provide valuable points that determine the winner. However, ties award no majority card, which means careful planning becomes essential.
